Q1: Do you have MOQ ?

A1: Different chair parts components have different MOQ, please contact us for

      more details .

Q2: Do you provide the warranty ?

A1: Yes we are the factory which focus on the products quality, we always

      provide 2-3 years guarantee to our customers.

Q3: How long will the cargos take for delivery?

A3: It is depends on the order quantity .And it will take us around 25-30 days

      (based on 20k pairs chair arm pad )to finish all the production.

Q4: If i need one sample do I need to paid for it and how long will I get the

      sample ?

A4: We will prepare the sample for you within 7 days. Samples are free and

      freight cost will be paid by customer side.

Q5: If I have special require on color and logo can you do that ?

A5: Any colors you prefer for we can changed the color as your                              requirement,and also we can put your logo or mark on the chairs.

Q6: What about your payment term?

A6: We can accept TT payment .30%deposit before production and 70%balance

      before delivery.
